Goop – Sole in a Jar is a mixture of Tire Shavings and Barge Cement that is spread on in layers and cures to form a pliable and protective sole for moccasins, dog booties, or any clean, dry and oil free leather or fabric. Shoe Goop, not shoe goo. Used for Stealth trackers soles. Excess rubs off when dry on top grain leather. Tape off area not intended to apply on other materials like suede.
